Phase 1: Client Consultation & Project Discovery

Phase 2: On-Site Evaluation & Preliminary Meeting

Next, we schedule an on-site meeting to take measurements and assess the project conditions. This step allows us to collect accurate data and address any potential challenges early, ensuring we can provide a precise and reliable proposal.

Phase 3: Proposal Finalization & Contract Agreement

After the site visit, we refine and finalize the proposal based on collected information and client feedback. Once approved, we proceed with contract signing. If plans and permits are required, an additional phase is introduced to handle design development and permitting before moving forward.

Phase 4: Planning, Selections & Construction

We move into detailed planning, including scheduling, material procurement, and final selections. Once everything is in place, construction begins. Throughout this phase, we maintain a collaborative approach—keeping the client actively involved in key decisions. Our objective is not only to meet expectations but to exceed them through quality craftsmanship and clear communication.

Phase 5: Final Touches & Project Walkthrough

As the project nears completion, we complete all final details and conduct a thorough walkthrough with the client to ensure every aspect meets their expectations and satisfaction.

Phase 6: Project Completion & Client Feedback

After final approval, we process the final payment and kindly request a review from the client. Feedback is important to us and helps us continue delivering exceptional service.
